Chaired by Walid Dabess and based in Cairo, RNY Global operates Marassi Marina on Egypt's North Coast through Raunautica, represents yacht brands through Nurvant, and is developing YachNile, a private yacht club on the Nile. In June 2026 the group signed a partnership with M3 Monaco.
