The group
Chaired by Walid Dabess and based in Cairo, RNY Global operates Marassi Marina on Egypt's North Coast through Raunautica, represents yacht brands through Nurvant, and runs YachNile, a dry dock and service centre for boats that is becoming a private members' club on the Nile. In June 2026 the group signed a partnership with M3 Monaco.

Chairman & CEO
Eng. Walid Dabess founded RNY Global to bring international marina and yachting standards to Egypt's coast. Through Raunautica the group operates Marassi Marina on the North Coast; in June 2026 he signed the strategic partnership with M3 Monaco at the Yacht Club de Monaco, and in October 2026 presented Marassi at the Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous. YachNile, the group's dry dock and service centre on the Nile in Cairo, is growing into a private members' club, and through Nurvant he brings Sancak Yachts to Egypt. Before marine, he built ventures in media and sport, among them the Modern TV network and Modern Sport FC.
